- I think we lived across the road from him in stewarttown in the 70s and early 80s
- Great guy. Heavily involved in the 1967-68 Georgetown Jr. C Raiders. Lots of good memories about Barney...
- Always at the arena. Nice guy. Knew his sister, Janet.
- Super nice guy. Loved his cars.
- Bought a green on green 1956 Ford 4 door from Al when I was 17 or 18. Paid $250.00.
-Al holds a special place in my heart, in the 60s he was the head trainer and equipment manager with the Jr C Raiders and ask me if I wanted to be part of his team, he took me under his wing that was the start on my quarter century of involvement with Raider hockey as part of the team. Al treated me super well, taking me with him to all the games in his Ranchero. He was a devoted man and gave so much to our community. I will never forget AL WALKER, thanks Al may you RIP...

- My dad was very fond of Al. They were great friends for many years.
- A Great Guy & A Good Friend
- He was my neighbour, very sweet man!
- Al was a great guy...worked with him at General Fireproofing and would also see him at the arena all the time as well as at the Toronto Golden Horseshoe Raceway....RIP Al....
