-I remember Bud always being around the hockey games on a Friday or Saturday night at Alcott cheering on the local teams...….got to know him through the Fire Department - always a smile, a story, teased the kids, Jack of all trades around the house and yard and so very encouraging to young couples. He likes to help in the kitchen too and apparently likes to receive "small" garlic cloves for pickling! <3 To me he stands for honour, trust and reliability - honoured to call he and his wife Judy our friends.
-Always enjoyed working with Bud at Gage/DRG. Always had a laugh or two with Bud. Easy guy to be around. 👍😎💕

- Wowso, where to start. Bud as I understand was an outstanding athlete, a builder in Limehouse minor ball, a pretty damned fine umpire, a great co-worker, a community guy and firefighter. A real family man. Most of all, I am honoured to have Bud as a friend. ( and Love his Facebook posts, truly informative and entertaining). He was once accused of being my uncle after he umped a ball game where I may have had a 10 player in my team for a call or two 😉. I was the luckiest guy around that day as I had two “Uncle Buds”.
