- you would probably be fired today for that. At least we were respectful to the teachers or else. We need the schools to get back to discipline. He was such a nice teacher. Had us copy off the board for the whole time and at the end said April fools!

- Dave was my Grade 8 science teacher at Centennial and was a fellow staff member with my dad. Great teacher and nice guy!

- Didn’t know him at GDHS, but worked alongside him (John, and later, Jennifer)during his Chairman of the Board day’s at Georgetown Hospital.

despite having to golf with the Roberts kids (and our propensity for divot creation and need for fescue rescue 🤣).
- I think you mean President of north Halton golf club. I don't remember him being on the hospital board. That was John.

- A wonderful next door neighbour on Market Street for many years.

- One of my favourite teachers, had him for grade 7 science at Centennial. I remember that huge gum ball he had! (If you were caught chewing gum, you had to add it to the gum ball with the threat of having to chew it if caught again!) 🤣

- That’s my DAD! Imagine the fun in our house growing up. Never, EVER dull. Lots of laughs... in fact we are still laughing ( most of the time!)

-oh yes, back in the day. I was very young when he left teaching so don’t have a ton of memories surrounding that -Met him at the J.W. Marriott on lake Rousseau about five years ago !(He has a place on Bruce lake nearby). He told many stories about all my childhood friends who went to Centennial ! (Chris Somerville/Dave Richardson /The Farris sisters etc.) Lotsa laughs ! 🙂 Dan 💎
