- Doug lived across the street from my grandparents in the Glen.
- HAVE KNOWN DOUG ANDHIS WIFE FOR DECADES.PART TIME AT STATION HOUSE LOOKING AFTER MR A. AND MYSELF
- One of my favourite memories of playing with the band at the Station House .... After we finished playing one Sat night, Mrs. Hillock bought the band & servers Chinese food, we ate & drank until around 2:30. Glenwright asked us to play some more, we did. Then Doug asked us to play some Elvis, we did. So here was Doug, Glenwright & Whitey all singing & strutting their best Elvis impersonations. Doug was the best, he had all the moves (Hound Dog was his song). I was laughing so hard, it was all I could do to keep playing. Never forget that ......
- he did love Elvis ☺️
- The only wrestler I remember was Terry Campbell. It's funny how these memories take you way back. All good.
- Good man, played hockey for his Norval team...
