-that's interesting. I just found out recently that I had a connection to Mrs. Thompson. At my mother's funeral a few of her cousins attended, who I hadn't seen for a long time. One of them was telling me that her husband was Erica Thompson's cousin. So it's like you and I have a distant connection through the Thompsons. It's a small world.

- ..... no. My Mom was a Murray...her father was Dr. Thompson’s mother’s brother. They grew up in Midland/Penetang. Dr. Thompson moved from Penetang to Hamilton as a young child with his family.
- OK I didn't know that. I remember when they lived next door to us one of the grandmothers coming to stay with them sometimes and help out with the kids. I'm not sure now if it was Dr. Thompson's mother or Mrs. Thompson's.

He just lived a few miles from them when Grandpa died he would do a quick stop once a week just to see how Grandma was doing. Delivered my sister Hospital was new then in Georgetown. Nurse Robbie was Mom's nurse , two super nice people sadly missed
