-Oh I remember her! She ran a very tight ship and was an excellent nurse. I was afraid of her when I was a candy striper but appreciated her when I had my own babies!
- Tough but fair. I worked under her at GDMH as did my mother-in-law. Robbie was head nurse when I had my sons, - Great nurse, tough but great!
-She was a great nurse ,

- I’m almost positive she was head nurse when I had Tyler in 1984. She gave me shit because I smoked.
-😂 me too in 1984. I hid my cigs when she came in. Hard to believe we could smoke in the rooms back then.
- crazy isn’t it. I remember her saying “you’re not going to have a very big baby” Lol, I’m 5’3 and 110 lbs. I’m not very big so...I surely hope not 😂😂😂
- I was 5’ and 100 lbs. My son was 7.6 lbs. big enough for me. I even have a picture of me in the labour room with an ashtray on the table lol. Haven’t smoked in 15 years. I remember one of the nurses, cant remember her name, having a smoke with me in room when the babies were back at the nursery.
- Head of obs from 61 to 91.
-, I once asked Mom if she ever got tired of doing the same thing every day for so many years. I'll never forget her reply - "You never get tired of witnessing a miracle!"
- So nice to read all the comments about Mom and know she is remembered. She was an awesome nurse and an even more awesome Mom - a little lady with a huge heart who spent her life caring for others. She loved to laugh, dance and spend time with family/friends. I miss her every day and wish I were more like her.
-❤❤❤
- She helped to deliver my daughter. Amazing nurse should have been Dr. ❤️
-My oldest son was born at 6:00 in the morning. When I got to my room, she made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. She asked if I needed anything, and I told her I was starving. She said that breakfast hours were over, "but let me see what I can do". She came back apologizing because all she could get was Cream of Wheat. I remember pretty much inhaling it, and thinking "why was she apologizing.......this stuff is great."
I asked my husband to buy some for when I got home. Never had anything so disgusting in my life. Guess I was just so hungry, it tasted good at the time. She was a great nurse.....very caring.
-She was an Angel...she helped deliver our 3 babies
- Had her both my kids
- She was awesome👍🏻
-When I had extremely difficult birth of my first son in 1969, she was so kind & caring to me! A very special lady! 🥰
