- Another Glen Williams boy. The family lived on Karen Drive when they were kids. I think his father was a policeman.
- Yes his dad was. Also a great man to his community. The apple never falls far from the tree.
-Great guy. Gary and Sherrie were always so welcoming. Gary took Rich under his wing in hockey at the age of 12 and he had never played before. He loved it. Both Gary and Sherrie were like second parents. I thank Sherrie and wish I could personally thank Gary too. You both meant so much.

-My first boyfriend - we were 12. He gave me his catchers' mitt to keep over the winter after they won the championship. I slept with it under my pillow. So young....so innocent....Now, so sorry he's no longer with us.
-I had the pleasure of knowing Gary since a very young age and enjoyed coaching him on the Midget 4 Town where he and Nelson Barber were my goaltenders as we captured the Championship in Milton. What a great guy to coach, RIP old friend
