- Love the comments about that laugh. Can hear it now . Was a great man! Choke down an export for him every st Patrick’s day
- OMG!!! What an awesome brother!!! We were so much alike. We loved to laugh together. He was so kind and considerate to other people and would jump in and help whenever someone needed help. Rick and Bob Landry introduced me to the station house (of course she's the proper age Glenwright). His laugh would light up the kitchen table at supper and "granny" couldn't keep a straight face even if she had that corn broom swinging. When we camped as a family Rick and I weren't "going down until the sun came up". He even had his picture in the paper for being the youngest volunteer fireman in georgetown. Granny treasured that picture. If I was in an establishment and laughed strangers (to me) would come up to me and say not sure who you are but you are an Appleyard. He taught me so much and ALWAYS ALWAYS had my back!. He was the best older brother a girl could have and am still devastated that I can't just call him when I need him. I still talk to him. At least granny, mom and dad are with him. Love you Rick. Always that laugh, smile and grin.🚒🚒🚒🚜🐎❤❤❤👸👫😉😈😈😂😂😂😆😆👿❤❤
