-I was young so I don't remember them but the restaurant was down the street when we lived at 13 main. Heard great stories.
-Stan's Restaurant was the in place growing up, it was awesome on any given day you would see several of your friends there as you shared tunes on the Juke Box from your table, Fries and Gravy and a Cherry Coke :)
-For sure Don. So much fun there with your friends. My mother in law worked there. Olive Brown 🙂

-Had my first cigarette at Stan's. Then had a sundae and another cigarette and proceeded to upchuck everything. That should have been a warning. I was 15 at the time and continued to smoke into my 40's. Stan's qnd Delrex Restaurant and Open Kitchen were for sure my hangouts! Such fond memories. Oh and the Arena was a big one to scout boys!!

-Stan was good at putting up with us. lol.
-My first job was there; my mom was a cook there so I got job as dishwasher.
-What a great restaurant. No matter how much anyone try it will never come close to Stan's. I place you could enjoy the food, friends and music
-I was sitting in the front booth on a Wednesday afternoon with my legs swinging. Life was great and along came Mr Baxter to beckon me back to school! I agree Best fries ever.
-My mother used to work there in the early 60s
-Great memories, fries & gravy every Saturday with Judy & Stan! 🥰
-My first chips with gravy!
-Best chips and gravy ever stans was our regular hangout
-Made the best fries and gravy
-Slowly sipping a "Coke in a Glass" in the front booth. While listening to Merle Haggard sing "Momma Tried" on the jukebox several times in a row.
-I was driving on the 401 heading for the races at Mosport. The only one car passed me on that trip, Stan's son Richard.
-So many memories, best French fries ever. A favourite lunchtime place when we were in High School.
- I washed dishes in there sometimes when Lil worked there
-The cherry cokes were great....spent a lot of time in Stan’s restaurant......
-Great Memories of the fries and coke served in a cone for 10 cents ...fries with gravy 15 cents....and they were so good! Went there when we skipped classes and on Saturday afternoon to watch the guys cruise town in their souped up cars. 😂😂😂
- what can I say but lived in Stan's had the best time and to the man himself WONDERFUL MAN put up with all us kids hanging out there never saw him upset once with anyone . right MJ :)
-best days of our lives. Stan likely had lots of reasons to be upset at some of us. Wish l could have made it down for Rhondas get together.
