- My father, Ernie Bodnar coached a couple of them in the Raiders.
- I remember at their home, we were all playing on their outdoor rink. Mike Forbes, hit me just above the pads with a slap shot from Twenty (20) feet away. I thought he broke my leg, it was a clear accident, jan the other brother was very concerned about me as the bruise was immediately huge...
- Nice guys.....could play a little hockey also.
-I remember when Paul was scouted. The first year Jan played midget hockey he couldn’t stop so he would run into the boards. He had more determination than anyone I ever played hockey with. Went on to play in the American League...
