-Nick and George are the best. But don't forget Linda.🤗
-two of the most awesome people i know they treated me just like their own children when i was young
-I don’t even know where to start lol.
I can remember being downtown as a teenager and he would give me free pop and tell me stories about my mom on really hot days. I Learned so much history about the town. (where to go, who to stay away from and where all the best jobs were hiding)
I was heartbroken when I learned they were no longer going to be downtown. So sad, we lost a great watering hole that’s for sure.
-Nick & George were great supporters of Georgetown, team sponsors, making their establishment available for many charitable events, the McGibbon was a local point to meet & greet and have a good time, Pioneer Days had the Gib as the go to location it was a Reunion of sorts. My hat is off to two awesome men, thank you Nick & George :)
-Cheers Nick and George they don’t come any better 🍺👍
-I like what you are doing, Bonnie.
-We miss you Nick & George.
-Neither Nick nor George had to be asked to assist if an obnoxious man tried to crash a “girls’ night” or harassed female customers.
They ran a tight ship, gave generously to our community, and catered one hell of a fabulous buffet/event! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-Miss going to the Gibby for their buffet at lunch. Miss George, Nick & Linda. The good times.

- When They Took Over , The Old Was Not Forgotten & The New Was A Graduated Charm...You Didn;t Have To Sit Against The Wall Know More..If Anyone Should Work In Hospiltality It Was George... Glad To Have Known Him...
-Nick and his crew made, delivered and served our twice-monthly dinner meetings for the Lions Club (behind the now demolished Memorial Area; next to the Dick Licata Outdoor Pool) for many years. A truly nice and generous man. He always had the time to stop and chat downtown when he was out and about. Yes, both brothers definitely contributed to our town in so many ways!
- They also used to deliver & served our Christmas breakfast at CIBC in the mall.
