-Recognize a lot of those faces. So many great memories.
-What a great pic !
-Is "Red" Asseltine the guy on the far left, or center left in the dark suit? I knew him as an older guy and can't recognize him in this pic. Doing the math...I believe he's in the dark suit and in his late 60's. (He was a WW1 vet {or so I'm told}, so born 1890's?)
-He Passed in 2001 at the age of 81. WW2 vet
-so many good memories ✌💖🌞
-So many familiar faces. This championship was so exciting. Great bunch of hockey players.
-Paul Fendley in the middle of this photo with his mouth open - just to the right of the top of the trophy - one of Ernie's Cousins and one hell damner of a hockey player - left us too soon with so much talent still to share <3 I still miss him - one of my favourites!
-My brother-in-law Bob Hooper looking so young.
- Great pic and memory Those were the days
-I see Paul Fendleys banner hanging in the Sleeman Centre every time I am at Storm game. Gone way to soon.
-did red coach baseball down in the Glen by chance
-That was probably Red Cuthbert
