-Great place to grow up. Still see a few of the original war time houses. Slowly being taken over by progress.
-Most of my siblings were born on Churchill until we moved to Ewing st
-Those war time homes were unique.
-I moved from Georgetown to the Smiths Falls area and its like you picked up Normandy Blvd and put it on Roosevelt and Churchill in Smithfalls. Same homes same Blvds
-I spent my younger days here.
-I walked that route everyday to school in the 60's There was a corn field behind one part of Churchill and a bush on the other. We would cut through the bush to get to school.
-The short cut to school through the bush, a daily trek I remember too!!
-They used to call this the Orchard because my brother Larry and his friends played there.
