-My dad had a Mac's Milk store at the end of that plaza when it first was built back in 1966.
-Yes I remember & there was a fantastic Pizza 🍕 place in that Plaza when I lived on Eleanor Crs., for 9 years in 70’s to 80’s
-Rocky's is what we called it.
-Did my Christmas shopping at the Thrift Shop many times!!! They had a little of everything!!! (I stand corrected....it was Trio)
-Ryder's TV was in that corner for a while too!
-I remember going there, there was a Takeout place beside the laundry mat, there was a window between there where you could order. Trio discount was a great place to go, and we would go to Fred's hairdressers to get our hair done..
-FRED'S! OMG my nanny went every week ,then Knechtel's for groceries ;)

-Trio Mart. Many visits with my mom as a kid. Bought car models there, and a number of Mother's Day gifts that my mom still has on display!

-The best fish & chips EVER. Was it called Golden's? I still think about how good it was. Fed a family of 6 for under $20.

There was a grocery store there for a number of years. Nothing to serve the people at that end of town now.
-Knechtal's was the grocery store at one point. I was watching One Magic Christmas, and the store where the main character (Steenbergen) worked was a Knechtal's. It was filmed here in Ontario.

-My Mom used to shop there all the time because was just across the road and she didn't drive......was real handy!!!

-Bought chicken wings from the butcher at Macs milk—Jim Crossman—used to throw them out so sold them to us for 16 cents a pound obviously before they were discovered as a favourite—-many stocking stuffers were bought at Trio discount they had such neat stuff —-went to Fred’s for hairdo every Friday —-was a great plaza
-I banked at the Credit Union not shown was in the far right of the mall looking in from the road. Handy's gas station was in the front.
-For a summer i worked at very small Fruit and Vegetable store and i can't remember the name ?
-I delivery pizza for Pompeii pizza. I used a big ford galaxy from the 60s. Today's fuel would be more than the pizza lol.
