-From grade 3 to 8.
-Grade 7&8 when it was a New School.
-Stewarttown was the 7-8 middle school for us at Park when I attended. I think they would bus us from Park to Stewarttown and back. Park public school was only K-6 for a while I guess?
-That's what I had. I went to Park School from 1970-1976 Grade 1-6. That's when you walked thru the bush from Charles Street now home😥
-I was there from 1976/77 to '82/'83. As kids we'd spend a lot of time in the surrounding wood lots and in the spring and fall I recall Principal MacDonald pulling more that a few kids out of the muck (stuck up to their knees!) Hilarious.
-Those were the good days kids today don't know that kind of fun. I know I have a 16 and 13 year old that sit with the electronic devices all the time
-Served 1 year there Gr. 5
-Mr Opreca cosh I can't remember the spelling he had polio as a child and it left his one arm deformed. Then Mr Ripley replaced him. Let's not for get Mr Jaton fabulous teacher. As I typing I wish I could remember more. I can see their faces but not their names
-Mr Oprica ....would read Old Yeller to us...one chapter at a time....was mesmerising he did so well!! Grade 1, Mrs Cromar giving each student in her class a spoonfull of maple syrup. I still have a ceramic doll I received for not missing a day of school during grade 3 from Mrs Fiddler. Gr 4 Mrs Forgrave and singing teacher...thats the house you wanted to hit up on Halloween!!! She made you sing but it was well worth something that was home made!!!
-Wow. My childhood at Park too!
-OMG Yes the maple syrup, same spoon we're here to tell.
-Never sang for Mrs Forgrave. She just threw the treats at me and told me to get off her property 😳😜😂

-I spent 8 long years at this school, but I must admit I did like all my teachers.
- Grade 6 best year ever. Thanks Mr. Jattan.
