-Appliances on the 1st floor, living room/dining room furniture on the second floor and bedroom furniture on the 3rd floor. I bought a MayTag stacker washer dryer from Jim in the late 80's and he literally rolled it from their back door to my apartment above Fred Helson's office and a snow storm LOL. Christopher would have been around 5 at the time.
